Yeppoon Swans Football Club

Yeppoon Swans

The Yeppoon Swans Australian Football Club is the current world record holder of most consecutive games won by a team in a row. Nestled in the heart of rugby league territory the Yeppoon Swans have really become a beacon for regional AFL, shining a light on Aussie Rules and the great community it has created.

The club was first established in 1981, previously named Cap Coast and games were played at the showgrounds, and have moved to our home ground now known as Swan Park.

The club boasts a strong Juniors program, feeding into our Youth and Senior teams.

A great addition in 2022 has been the introduction of our U16 Youth Girls Competition, which has been successful in involving younger females in the great game of AFL.
