Since 1981, the Yeppoon Swans have brought people together through Australian Rules Football. From Auskick to seniors, from first-time players to lifelong supporters, we're building a club where everyone belongs.
Who we are
The Yeppoon Swans are one of Queensland's leading regional Australian Football clubs, proudly based at Swan Park on the Capricorn Coast.
What began as a single football team has grown into a thriving community club, providing opportunities for boys, girls, women and men of all ages to play, coach, volunteer and connect.

Our Story
Every great club has a story - Ours began in 1981.
Originally established as the Cap Coast Australian Football Club, the Swans first played at the Yeppoon Showgrounds before moving to what is now Swan Park.
Over the decades, the club has grown alongside the Capricorn Coast community, developing generations of local footballers and volunteers while helping introduce thousands of children to Australian Rules Football through Auskick and junior programs.
As participation grew, so did the club.

Women's football, youth programs and expanded junior pathways have helped make the Yeppoon Swans one of regional Queensland's most inclusive sporting clubs.
The Swans became recognised around Australia—and internationally—after setting the world record for the longest consecutive winning streak in Australian Rules Football, a remarkable achievement that placed a small regional club into football history.
Yet those inside the club know the record isn't the real legacy.
Our greatest achievement is the community we've built.
Every player, coach, volunteer, sponsor and supporter has helped create a culture where people enjoy coming to the club, children grow in confidence, lifelong friendships are formed and families create lasting memories.
