What is the Queensland Play On! Sports Voucher?
The Queensland Government’s Play On! Sports Voucher helps families cover the cost of children participating in organised sport.
Each eligible Queensland child aged 5 to 17 can receive one voucher worth up to $200 per financial year. The voucher can contribute towards eligible membership, registration or participation fees.
How do I apply and use the voucher?
- Visit the Queensland Government website and apply for the voucher.
- Download the approved voucher before beginning your PlayHQ registration.
- Enter the voucher code under Government Voucher during the PlayHQ payment process.
- Provide a copy of the voucher to Yeppoon Swans when requested.
- Pay any registration amount remaining after the voucher is applied.
AFL Queensland advises parents to enter the code in the Government Voucher field and provide the voucher to their club.
Apply before registering, as government vouchers generally cannot be added after an Auskick registration has been submitted.
Voucher rounds and availability are managed by the Queensland Government and may be limited, so check the official website for current application dates.

Children learn basic football skills through games and activities in a safe, supportive environment.
Junior, Youth and Senior Football
Register here for Yeppoon Swans junior, youth or senior football teams.
This registration option covers players progressing beyond Auskick through to senior football.

How do I know which age group my child is eligible for?
Age-group eligibility is based on the competition requirements for the current season. Contact the club on 0419 422 822or email yeppoonswans@hotmail.com before registering if you need assistance.
Can new players join Yeppoon Swans?
Yes. Yeppoon Swans welcomes both new and returning players. No previous Australian football experience is required.
Do I need a PlayHQ account?
Yes. Registrations are completed through PlayHQ. You can log in to an existing account or create an account when you begin the registration process.
Can I register more than one child?
Yes. Each player will need to be registered individually through the appropriate PlayHQ registration link.
Can I use a Play On! Sports Voucher?
Eligible Queensland families may use a Play On! Sports Voucher towards approved junior registration fees. Apply for the voucher before completing the PlayHQ registration so you can enter the voucher code during payment.
